Vixen Optics' offers phone support for users with out of warranty products at no charge for the first 5 minutes Calls lasting longer than 5 minutes will be charged a $49 per incident fee. Please have your credit card information available at the time of your call.

Vixen Optics offers free email support for all Vixen products. Emails will be answered within 48 hours. Please provide your contact information and a detailed description of your issue and product so we can effectively assist you.
